Common Questions

Does it include free trial?

Yes! You can install the App for free and try it with 5 products, you will not be charged. If you are happy with the results, you'll be able to upgrade to Premium and export as many products as you wish.

Is Etsify a Shopify App?

Yes, Etsify's App provides a secure connect between its service and shopify. I does not reside inside your Shopify Admin to allow features such as detailed logs, history, flexible settings, improved performance and smoother user experience.

How does this differ than CSV Exporters?

While CSV exporter are designed to work as single time exporters, Etsify was designed to work as a single time exporter and a shop Maintenance solution, allowing you to preiodically update your inventory.

Moreover, currently, CSV exporter do not support Etsy's Inventory Management system. Also, Etsify allows you to pinpoint and only export or update the products you need.

How Many Shops can I use?

With all plans, you can not use more than one Shopify and one Etsy Shops. You will be able to connect Etsify to a single Etsy shop and a single Shopify shop.

Will ANYTHING change on my Etsy shop?

Nothing at all! Your Etsy shop will remain as is, Etisfy ONLY reads your product data, and does not modify or edit any information within your Etsy store.

Can I export only specific sections?

Yes! You can specify specific sections, products or product ranges from your shop. Easily select a section or identify products by their Etsy ID. Etsify gives you have the power to export exactly what you need.
